I have a deep respect for Hillary, for her experience, especially when Bill let her explore nation wide health insurance, while he was President.
Of course righties, who can't stand having a black man tell them what to do or "rule over them", also can't stand having a woman, in the same position and were in a tizzy and complaining about it.
Showing she is a strong woman and can compete with a man is one thing going against her. The righties, and some lefties, couldn't stand the fact that her husband, the President, let her work on some kind of universal health insurance, while he was in office.
Also, for some reason a lot of people hate the Clintons, much like they hate President Obama. They seem to hate him, because he is black and Hillary, because she is a woman and had the audacity to get involved in helping her husband run the country, when he was President. "A woman's place is in the home, not concerning themselves with politics", according to a lot of people right and left.
Now we already have smug Rethugs shouting out how they will start proceedings, to "impeach" her, even before she is elected. Much like the fact they were so dead set against President Clinton, trying to find some kind of scandal, to force him out of office, all the while he was in office, not caring how good of a job he was doing. They also did not care how much TAX PAYER'S MONEY they wasted looking for a scandal, or how much of their own time they spent on the investigations, when they should have been doing the job they were elected to do!
When the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke, I was deeply disappointed in President Clinton, but his good far outweighed any bad in him. It was not to the point I would "hate" him. For me "hate" is a very strong word and I can't really say I "hate" anyone. I may "hate" what they are doing, but I really don't "hate" anyone, at least that I can think of at the moment.
