Are “The Donald's” companies practicing what he preaches about foreign immigrant workers?

Donald Trump holding campaign event misbehaves.
The immigrants my companies hire, are hired legally!
Seems “The Donald's” companies may not be practicing what he has been preaching according to an article written by Reuters recently.  Seems the way they are bringing jobs back to the United States is by bringing foreign workers here to work in his many businesses.  Of course, technically, it's legal, because his companies bring them here using the temporary visa programs H-2A & H-2B.

Just how much control does Donald Trump have over his companies and what they do?  Does he realize what they are doing or does he let them do what they want to do as long as it's “legal”.  Of course it is probably legal, but just how legal?  Are they bringing the foreign workers here fraudulently?

This year, the Government Accountability Office published a report saying that workers in the country on H-2A and H-2B visas have experienced abuse, including being charged illegal recruiting fees, substandard housing and low pay.
Trump owns companies that have sought to import at least 1,100 foreign workers on temporary visas since 2000, according to U.S. Department of Labor data reviewed by Reuters. Most of the applications were approved, the data show.
His companies have sought foreign workers such as waitresses, cooks vineyard workers and other workers using the temporary work-visa programs H-2A & H-2B.  His foreign talent hunt has also sought an assistant golf-course superintendent, assistant hotel manager and banquet manager.  Two of his companies Trump Model Management & Trump Management Group LLC sought visas for close to 250 foreign fashion models, the records have shown.

Although it may technically be legal according to the work-visa programs H2A & H2B, companies must prove that the jobs are seasonal and they have tried and failed to hire Americans for them.

U.S. government watchdogs have criticized the H-2B and H-2A programs over the years for failing to protect both foreign and American workers.

In 2003, the Labor Department Inspector General said: "Abuses of these programs may result in economic harm to American workers and businesses, exploitation of foreign workers, and security risks associated with aliens who are admitted to this country by fraudulent means."

From what I have read recently in the news, the Koch Brothers aren't too pleased at what he is doing and are denying his campaign access to certain data and are freezing him out of certain events where he can continue his diarrhea of the mouth and constipation of the brain.

The Rethugs don't seem to be doing much about it, so the Koch Brothers have stepped in.  Of course, since "The Donald" claims to be a Billionaire, he don't really need their campaign dollars, but could use their data to help him make his points.
